I was a great customer. My last order was missing one item. They sent me an e-mail questioning if I had received it. The items are well tracked however I was made to feel like a lying thief. The investigation took forever and I e-mailed them many times and just got rude responses. What the heck? It took me staying on top of it in order to get my money back! Very bad situation and terrible customer service. I will NEVER buy from them again. There are so many other luxury companies that appreciate my business so why would I give them my money ever again?
Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a pair of Golden Goose sneakers and they did NOT come with a dust bag. I reached out to the customer service and the response I got was unprofessional. They emailed me and said they had proof that I did receive a dust bag... so basically called me a liar! I will NEVER order from this company! Be careful!

FARFETCH UK TOOK MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A RECEIPT/INVOICE FOR THAT AMOUNT. EMAILED THEM FOR A COPY FOR TAX PURPOSES AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO SEND

Bad experience choosing the shoe size. Too much confusion in the scales.
Ordered my item in December it is now April and still haven’t got it.
Apparently 2 business days to process an order. But my order has been in the shipping stage for 5 days. Everytime I have called Iv been promised that my order will be with me the next day. First time ordering with farfetch and it will be the last. I have been told today I won't get the order until next week ( if that) because its Bank Holiday!!!!! Also no complaints procedure with this company was told to just email ANYBODY... SERIOUSLY? So bad review on trust pilot it is!!! I have ordered things from other websites like tessuti after I placed an order with farfetch and that has arrived before. I don't like leaving negative reviews about any company but you didn't give me any other option!
*I have only had communication sent via email since writing this review and I am STILL waiting for my goods. Every time I have spoken to someone false promises have been made! Unacceptable

Normally, their deliveries takes 3-5 days max, cause they use DHL Express carrier.
